It was a time of refreshing as well as getting some spiritual food for the soul...
Today in the gymnasium was a gathering of thirty-five inmates along with fifteen civilians who belong to a ministry known as Kairos. The event, called an “Instructional Reunion," went from 8:30 in the morning until three o’clock in the afternoon.
I had an enjoyable time fellowshiping with our guests and my fellow inmates, too. Several members of the Kairos group shared various Scripture passages with us, while others presented us with lessons from the Bible. For me, it was a time of encouragement. God knows I needed this.
It was a blessing and privilege to have been able to freely mingle with individuals from the outside. I thank the Lord for making this possible.
