My yearning to leave this world for heaven is becoming more intense than ever...
With each passing day, I’m realizing that not only is the world not my home, but just how Christ-hating it has become.
I have quoted the above verse from the 107th Psalm many times in my writings. It’s an encouraging and comforting piece of Scripture that’s worth becoming familiar with, and so are these words from the pen of King David, “As a deer pants after the water brooks, so my soul pants after Thee, O God” (Psalm 42:1).
While my soul thirsts for more of God, my heart yearns for heaven.
