It’s been raining for much of the day...
A seemingly unending torrential downpour. I suppose it’s the remnants of hurricane Michael, which plowed into the Florida Panhandle with wind speeds of up to 150 MPH. It also brought with it a lot of rain and left much destruction in its wake.
I have several friends who live in this part of Florida. I pray they’re okay, including my friend Brian. He has a youth outreach in the city of Tallahassee, which I believe was hard hit. Brian often shares my story of redemption with teenagers and young adults.
Thankfully, all my friends who live in North and South Carolina have fared well, thank God!
