Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me,
and I shall be saved: for you are my praise.
Jeremiah 17:14
The Bible clearly reveals the Almighty God as the One who heals...
and I shall be saved: for you are my praise.
Jeremiah 17:14
The Bible clearly reveals the Almighty God as the One who heals...
There are countless Scriptures which show this to be true. The Lord Jesus, when He lived among humanity, encountered multitudes who needed His help. The blind, crippled, and deaf, as well as those with leprosy, and anyone who was sick all came to Him for healing. He even healed those who were tormented both physically and mentally because of some kind of demonic involvement. And He never turned any of these hurting folks away.
I know God's power and authority to heal from personal experience. He thoroughly healed my once tormented mind. Today, I am free from the twisted satanic delusions that captivated and controlled my thoughts and actions. My mind is now sound and alert, just as it was created to be.
Furthermore, the Lord healed my body as well. It was almost four years ago when I had a heart attack and had to undergo a quadruple bypass. I almost died when the ventilator I was hooked up to during the surgery malfunctioned. But God was watching over me. I wrote about this in my journal for December 2017, and in various entries during the first several months of the following year.
In addition, while I was in the hospital, Father God spoke to my spirit and said to me just what He said to King David more than two thousand years ago, "My beloved son David, you shall not die, but live, and you will declare my works to the world" (Psalm 118:17).
Now, all these years later, God's words and promises remain true. I am in good health, and I continue to testify of His goodness, kindness, and mercy. He's the God who heals.
