Lest Satan should get an advantage of us:
for we are not ignorant of his devices.

2 Corinthians 2:11
A man from the Midwest wrote a letter asking what I thought about the paranormal...
I really wasn't interested in dialoguing with him as on occasion someone will write to pose a question, or bring up a certain topic, just to lure me into providing a reply. They're hoping for a letter from me. Not a big deal, really. There has been and probably always will be those who write with ulterior motives.
Nevertheless, I sent him a polite reply. I thanked him f or his courteous, albeit curious letter. I told him I am not into the paranormal. Although, many years ago, I experienced some of it myself when I was into my satanic belief system. I told him that the power of Christ is far greater, infinitely so, than the powers of ghosts, demons, or even the devil himself.
I explained to him that I have long since renounced my occult past, and have long ago committed my life to Jesus Christ. I invited him to do the same, and I included a few well written gospel tracts with my reply.
