I thank my God for the wonderful opportunity He afforded me to visit the nation of Cuba...
It thrilled my heart to have been able to share with the Cuban people what Jesus has done for me. How Christ saved me from my sins, and saved me from the clutches of Satan as well.
Now for those who are reading this, you're probably wondering when was I in Cuba, and how did I get there? The answer is simple. I was there "in the spirit" as we Christians like to say. And as for sharing my story of redemption with them, this was done through my friends from a ministry located in Florida. Under the direction of their leader, Tony Loeffler, they handed out copies of my testimony in Spanish to the locals.
According to a letter from Reverend Tony, and according to one of his recent newsletters, Tony and his small band of co-workers handed out hundreds of copies of my testimony pamphlets to local residents in the towns and churches they were able to visit.
While none of these people ever heard of the demonic moniker known as "Son of Sam," they were able to learn of Christ's power to save and forgive even the worst of criminals. They read how Jesus took a miserable murderer, which is exactly what I once was, and made me into a minister, which is exactly what I am today.
What an honor it has been to share my story with some of Cuba's citizens. Only God can do something like this.
