It is sad to see what is happening in the world, but it's not surprising...
Through all the wars and pestilences and other tragedies, God remains a God of hope. He does not change. The answers to our troubles can be found in the Scriptures, and by having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
I remain convinced of this through personal experience. I also believe I would not be alive today, nor would I be in my right mind, if not for God's love and His divine intervention. He rescued me from my own self-destructive behaviors, and from the demons who once ruled my mind.
Jesus, my Savior and Messiah, has brought redemption, inner-healing, and hope into my life. He has filled my mind with peace even as I continue to experience the challenges and difficulties that incarcerated individuals must face each day. Not even death will be the end for me, but only the beginning. I am one very thankful and grateful soul.
