I feel good, having met the deadline to submit a number of key pieces of paperwork for our Christian Family Day event scheduled for the month of June...
The paperwork was due no later than ninety days in advance. A civilian supervisor looked over everything, and said, “It looks fine.” A total of sixty-one applications all passed his inspection. It was a relief. Thank God!
Thus far, from the initial count of the applications, between 125 and 150 people will be in attendance. This includes both inmates and their families. The event is once a year, and it’s an all-day gathering in the prison’s gym. This year has the largest number of applications, ever.
