God is very patient...
He continues to mold and make me into the person He wants me to become. Like every disciple of Christ, I’m a work in progress.
While I am thankful for whatever opportunities He gives me to share my story of redemption, or to help in the church, I believe it is far more important for me to be conformed and changed into the likeness of the Lord.
The work of the ministry, and doing things such as evangelism, is good and necessary. But it is more essential that the disciple of Christ develop within himself a good degree of godly character.
It is vital in the overall life of a Christian that he learns to truly love God, and to love his neighbor as well, than being busy with “ministry.” This is what I wish to share today.
