Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my
comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant.
Psalm 119:76
I am sitting in my cell on this cold winter's day thanking the Lord for His merciful kindness...
comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant.
Psalm 119:76
I am sitting in my cell on this cold winter's day thanking the Lord for His merciful kindness...
As I reflect on my present surroundings and continued imprisonment, I cannot thank Him enough for the blessing and comfort of friends.
I'm grateful for the friends I have, whom I believe God has placed in my life for companionship, comfort and hope. I am likewise thankful that each of them sees me as a redeemed and forgiven child of God, and not as a convicted felon with a criminal record and a horrendous past.
These precious individuals, who come from an array of different backgrounds and places, pray for me faithfully; I try to do the same for them. They also pray for the church fellowship here at Sullivan Correctional Facility. Best of all, I am thankful for Jesus, a true Friend of outcasts and sinners.
