I think the media may soon start to come after me again...
Not right now, but possibly beginning in the spring as the first phase of the fortieth anniversary of the so-called "Son of Sam" case arrives. I also have a parole hearing scheduled for May.
What can I do? I dread media attention and try to avoid it as much as is possible. Fortunately, it's not as intense as it was in decades past. Nevertheless, it is always stressful.
No matter what I'll be facing, I am going to keep my trust in the Lord, always looking to Him for strength, patience and peace. After all, media storms have come and gone before. And if another one comes, it too shall pass.
