A Dusting of Snow

It was nice to wake up this morning to find the outdoor area coated with a light dusting of snow.​..

It's a sign that another New York winter is on its way. Last night I spent a couple of hours in the recreation yard enjoying the fresh air. Walking in the cold was invigorating, and I think it was good for my soul too. It helped put me in a relaxed state of mind after a long and stressful day at work.

While on another note, yesterday I gave my first sermon during our Sunday afternoon's worship service in the chapel. Some told me afterwards that my message was inspirational and encouraging, and I hope it was. Perhaps I will share more on this in my next entry, or soon thereafter.
