The hectic pace of the Christmas season is here...
I've got cards yet to mail and letters to write. We've got some extra chapel services scheduled, too. And while this is nice, I can feel inner stress building up.
Meanwhile, I've been praying that the media will leave me alone in 2015. Overall they love the darkness rather than the light as rehashing the past is profitable for them. I am not trying to demonize the media, however. I've nothing against them and these folks need the Lord just like all of us do, but the past is so painful for me that I hate having to be reminded of it.
As always, I want to continue to trust the Lord to see me through whatever may be ahead for me. I know God loves me. Jesus has forgiven all my sins, and His grace is sufficient in all situations. Thus, I want to continue to look to Him. I know that all things will ultimately work out for my good. This is a spiritual truth that is promised to every child of God. Amen!
