I believe it is time for Christians to be ready to be used by the Lord at greater levels of service than ever before...
In these uncertain times, with multitudes of people living in fear and despair because of all the bad things that are going on in the world, the church needs to make certain that we are truly walking in love. We also need to be filled with the Holy Spirit and with the divine power He provides.
For God no doubt desires for His church to bring the knowledge of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ to a lost and spiritually misinformed world. And it is only through God's word that people can be shown how to have this true and lasting hope.
Therefore, as we enter into a new year, and with the time drawing closer to the Lord's coming for His bride, let us seek to prepare our hearts for exceptional levels of service to the Savior. With the eyes of the Spirit and having the mind of Christ; may we see a ripe harvest of hungry souls surrounding us; it's a spiritual harvest that's ready now.
