This is one of my favorite and most often quoted verses in the Bible, and with good reason...
It reminds me of a Savior and Friend who truly cares about me. Some people claim to care about me, but really don’t mean it. But Jesus cares, and He means it. He is my Lord, forever.
This is a good thing to know, especially when I’m having a difficult day. And, yes, there are days that are difficult and challenging. After all, I'm not in heaven yet. For now, I have to live my life in a fallen world with its sin, corruption, and pain. But I have learned that God’s grace is always sufficient for whatever I must face. Messiah Jesus has already overcome the world (John 16:33).
