Healing

The Lord will give strength Unto His people;
the Lord will bless His people with peace.
Psalm 29:11

My body continues to heal from bypass surgery and the medical complications that arose afterwards, requiring me to be readmitted to the hospital...

But I still have swelling and water retention in my lower legs and feet. I am, however, breathing better. My wind is returning and I can walk further, and for longer periods of time now, than I was able to do a month ago.

My friends have been great. They’ve been supportive, and I remain in their prayers. I’m also back attending the chapel’s worship services and Bible studies after being gone for awhile.

Most of all it is the Lord himself who sustains and upholds me. So I know I’ll be just fine.
