And let us not be weary in well doing: for in
due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Galatians 6:9
I pray that my friends who know the Lord are allowing the Holy Spirit to refresh and reinvigorate them...

Galatians 6:9
I pray that my friends who know the Lord are allowing the Holy Spirit to refresh and reinvigorate them...
That they will continue to rest in the Lord, and I need to do the same.
The Lord's word for me today is not to allow myself to become weary in serving Him, or serving my brethren in the body of Christ. In addition to the above verse from the book of Galatians, the same thing is written in one of the Apostle Paul's letters to the church in Thessalonica, a city in Greece which had a large and active church. "But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing"
(1 Thessalonians 3: 13).
There are many things which can zap our energy and consume our time. Some of these are important and need to be dealt with, while others are not. But we need to discern between them. Like it says in the Old Testament's book of Ecclesiastes, "There is a time to speak, and a time to keep silent" (Ecclesiastes 3:7). There's a time for everything (Ecclesiastes 3:1).
Time, as the Scriptures reveal, is too precious a thing to waste.
