There seems to have been so many spiritual battles going on since the beginning of this year...
I thank God, however, for the little periods of respite.
In any event, I awoke this morning with a deep feeling of hope and expectation. Serving the Lord is never in vain, no matter how many people come against me, no matter what kinds of mental games they try to play. My job is to pray for them and to show them compassion.
I looked at the calendar in my cell, and the month of March is here. This means spring is near. It will be a time for change, for rebirth, and for a spiritual re-awakening after the long winter.
I have great hopes that in the year to come God will use my life and my testimony - which is really His testimony - to have a positive impact upon others. I only live to serve. For if I cannot serve others and serve the Lord, I may as well roll over and die.
