As many of my close friends know, this year has been a challenging one with various trials and seasons of adversity...

As many of my close friends know, this year has been a challenging one with various trials and seasons of adversity...
And along with it came times of weariness and stress. Nevertheless, the Lord has
since gathered a faithful army of saints who have come to my side in order to strengthen and encourage me, and to cheer me onward.
These loving souls have been showering me with words of hope from the Scriptures, along with prayers for protection and deliverance. And what more could I ask for? The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and King David too, has heard my cries. He has come to my rescue by sending a legion of friends to help me along on my journey to heaven.
Such friends are made for hard times. And may I in turn always be there for them when needed. May I be one of those whom the Lord Jesus spoke of when He said, "Greater love has no man than this, that he be willing to lay down his life for his friends" (John 15:13).
