"So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically
for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless."
1 Corinthians 15:58 NLT.
With a heart of gratitude, I can truly say that God has been good to me...
for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless."
1 Corinthians 15:58 NLT.
With a heart of gratitude, I can truly say that God has been good to me...
Because time and again, I will get letters from strangers who have come across my story of redemption and have been inspired by it. It gives them hope when they see God's desire to forgive even the worst of criminal offenders, like I was.
And, in addition, my story also includes changing one's direction in life, which is also what the Lord did for me. He took me off the path of self-destruction, and put me on a course of forgiveness, deliverance from demons and satanic bondage, good mental health, and the desire to be kind to my neighbors
And this is what the gospel is all about. Making our peace with God through the Lord Jesus Christ, and learning how to love people, and not hurt them.
Therefore, much to my joy, within the past week, I received letters from two different pastors. One was from Kentucky, and the other from Indiana. They were touched by my testimony. While four other individuals also wrote for the first time, joyful and thankful to learn of my salvation experience, even though I have been serving the Lord for almost thirty-seven years now.
What can I say? God is good, but sometimes good news travels slowly.
