I am thankful to have entered a new year with a fresh hope of God's plan for my life...

I am thankful to have entered a new year with a fresh hope of God's plan for my life...
I know and believe that Jehovah has chosen me to walk with Him and serve Him at such a time as this. And I am also thankful that He has chosen millions of my fellow believers from all nations, and all walks of life, to serve Him as well.
And like so many in the body of Messiah Jesus, also known as the "church," I am eager to see what He is going to do in 2026. I know there will be testings of my faith, along with intense challenges, so I need to be alert, and to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
While at the same time, I've entered the new year feeling weary and exhausted. Therefore, I need to undergo a period of refreshing. So I will trust the Lord to work things out when it comes to my work schedule, being balanced with times for rest and renewal.
Nevertheless, I still have a lot of inner strength for a man who is now 72 years old. Thus, I can confidently declare, along with King David, "I am like a fruitful olive tree in the house of God." He's not done with me yet.
