"Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice!"

Philippians 4:4.
While the years of 2024 and 2025 were times of strange and troubling trials for me...
I am now declaring 2026 to be a year for rejoicing. After a period of prayer, stretching over many days, I do believe the Lord has spoken to my heart that it's time to be joyful. This is the year to rejoice in what the Lord has done with my life, and for all He is going to do in the future.
It's also the year for God's people to do exploits, and for the life changing Gospel of Messiah Jesus to go forth in greater ways than ever before. And speaking for myself, I definitely want to be a part of this.
In addition, after having undergone a prolonged period of mental and emotional stress as a result of false accusations that were leveled upon me for crimes which occurred almost fifty years ago, but which I had nothing whatsoever to do with, I am now putting the situation into the hands of God.
I have decided to let it all go. In the end, people are going to believe what they want to. While troubled individuals, who have a personal vendetta against me, will likewise continue to lie and invent stories with the intent to cause grief, for me, there is no looking back. It's a waste of time and energy to try and defend myself.
Instead, it's time to do as Israel's King David did when his enemies tried to do him harm. David looked to the Lord in faith and declared, "The Lord alone is my rock and my salvation. He is my defense, I shall not be shaken" (Psalm 62:6).
And that's just what I did. Like my brother David in days of old, I called upon the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And He answered me. Yeshua spoke to my heart and said, "David, my beloved, let it go. I love you, and I am with you, forever. Do not fear your enemies."
I have already forgiven those who hate me, and I will continue to pray for them. However, now is the time to rejoice in the Lord. It's a new year. And by the grace of God, I am going on with my life. Amen!
