"When you are in tribulation, and all these things come upon you in the latter days, you will return to the Lord your God and obey His voice. For the Lord your God is a merciful God, He will not leave you or destroy you, or forget the solemn covenant He made with your ancestors."

Deuteronomy 4:30-31
The Israelites knew trouble...
Their long journey to the so called "Promised Land" was by no means an easy one. It was fraught with challenges of all kinds. Wars and conflicts. Enemies who raged in anger against them. And it's no different today.
Although it goes by a one size fits all word known as Anti-Semitism, it amounts to nothing but hatred towards Jewish people. And this, I believe, is more than just having an anti-Jewish mindset. It's a demonic spirit which is very much alive and active today.
But all this aside, hatred and intolerance exist more or less in every level of society. And according to the holy Bible, anger, prejudice and hatred do as well, and will continue until the Lord returns to establish His kingdom.
However, until then, it is wise to know there exists a merciful God who judges in righteousness, and will, in the end, punish all forms of wickedness. Yet on another note, whether it's a nation, or a race of people scattered throughout the world, or be it an individual who's trying to navigate through life, if you would just seek the Lord with all your heart and soul, the Lord will hear that cry and come to your aid. In the Bible the Lord was quoted by the prophet Jeremiah, saying, "Call unto Me, and I will answer you. I will show you amazing and remarkable things which you've yet to know." Jeremiah 33:3.
And also, in the Scriptures we are told to "Come boldly" to God's throne of mercy and grace, so that we may "find mercy and help in our times of need." Hebrews 4:16.
God invites us to come to Him with our prayers and concerns. We need not be afraid of Him, nor think that we are bothering Him with our requests. I've heard it said many times, "Oh, I don't want to disturb the Lord." You're not disturbing Him. Rather, refusing an offer made by the King of the universe Himself, Who said, "You're welcome to come to Me," may actually be offending Him.
While coinciding with this, in the New Testament, the Lord Jesus was recorded as saying, "All that God the Father gives to Me, and everyone who comes to Me, I will never turn away" (John 6:37).
In the volatile times we're now living in, these Scriptures of comfort and hope are good to know.
