"In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God."
Psalm 62:7 KJV
I cannot help but to give thanks and praise to my God for His mercy and goodness...

Likewise, for His provisions where, even in prison, my needs are being met. Be it having good friends and reasonably good health, as well as food, shelter, and clothing. Also, for His wonderful salvation which includes peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
I continue to work as a "mobility assistant" which consists of helping the men who have difficulty using their limbs. I also help out in the chapel overseeing the services and Bible studies. This also includes taking out the chapel's trash and hauling to the dumpster, which to me is an honor. I am called to serve, and I'm not above scrubbing and cleaning the chapel's toilets.
In addition, I'm thankful for those who pray for and support jail and prison ministry work. As I have said many times in my journal or in letters, ministering to those who are incarcerated is on God's heart. For in the Scriptures the Lord Jesus himself said to His disciples, that the kind deeds you have done to those in prison, you have done them for Me, as well.
"For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me" (Matthew 25:35-36 NLT).
Yes, the Lord watches over the entire universe, and He watches over me. He is the God of everything.
